Lisa Helem -- Editor in Chief, National Law Journal -- Lisa Helem oversees content and strategy for The National Law Journal. She joined ALM in December 2015 and was named managing editor of the NLJ in June 2016. She became editor-in-chief in September 2017. Lisa, a graduate of Duke University and the University of Michigan Law School, practiced law at an Am Law 100 firm, before returning to media. Previously to joining ALM, Lisa was a legal editor at Bloomberg BNA. Earlier in her career, she wrote for publications including Newsweek, People and the Washington bureau of Cox Newspapers.

Molly Miller -- Chief Content Officer -- Molly is responsible for leading the ALM Global Newsroom of 150 journalists and 30 brands serving professional audiences in law, insurance, financial services, real estate and consulting. Since joining ALM in 2012, Molly has held several leadership positions, including Publisher and Chief Marketing Officer. Previously, she held marketing, editorial market planning and product champion roles at Lexis Nexis.

Richard Caruso -- Vice President & General Manager, Legal Media -- Richard has more than 16 years of experience leading strategies for new products and services in B2B legal media and information services. In his role at ALM, Richard leads a team focused on identifying and executing strategies to drive highly engaged audiences by delivering solutions that allow our customers to discover new ideas and approaches for solving business challenges, connect to the right professionals and peers creating relationships that move business forward, and compete to win through access to data, analytics, and insights.

Pearl Wu -- Recognition Desk Manager -- Pearl has worked at ALM Media for four years, coordinating editorial contests for ALM's national and regional publications, such as The American Lawyer, National Law Journal, and New York Law Journal. She graduated from Northwestern University with a journalism degree and previously worked in book publishing. Pearl has been a part of the Elite Trial Lawyers team since its inaugural year, and is looking forward to the awards this year. Formerly a New Yorker, she's now based in California.
