2018 ELITE TRIAL LAWYERS CEREMONY

Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas, October 5, 2018

The National Law Journal Elite Trial Lawyer recognizes
U.S.-based law firms that have performed exemplary
and cutting-edge work on behalf of plaintiffs.

THE 2018 ELITE TRIAL LAWYER FINALISTS

Our 2018 Elite Trial Lawyer finalists received at least one significant plaintiffs win between January 1, 2017, and April 30, 2018, and possessed an impressive record of success within the past three to five years.

A “significant win” means prevailing in a bench or jury trial or in a major settlement in which the stakes are high; for example, a substantial amount of money is involved or the outcome potentially affects litigation strategy or the results in similar cases.

All finalists devote at least 50% of their litigation resources representing plaintiffs.

The finalists were selected among 300 submissions, and after thorough research, analysis, and vetting by editors and reporters at VerdictSearch, Law.com and The National Law Journal.

The finalists were published on Law.com and NLJ.com in July, and will also be published in the print issue of The National Law Journal in September.

The finalists will be recognized at a formal ceremony on Friday, October 5, 2018, in Las Vegas at the Bellagio Hotel, at which time the winners also will be announced.

We will also announce the winners in the print issue of The National Law Journal in November.
